Good questions.
The short answers. Longer ones are a reply away at customerservice@tpni.com.
What do my attendees see?
Your event name, your description, your ticket. The page and the confirmation email carry your organization's name; ours sits quietly in the footer.
How do I get paid?
Paid tickets settle through Stripe into your own bank account, with payouts released after your event ends. You never hand us your bank details.
Can I ask my own questions?
Yes. Pick from dietary needs, accessibility, how they heard about you, and add one of your own. Name, email, company and phone are already on the form.
What if my event grows?
Same account, same login. Add email and text campaigns with Pulse, or move up to the full TPNI event platform with sessions, exhibitors, badges and onsite check-in.
Is there a limit on attendees?
Set a capacity or leave it open. Registration closes by itself when the capacity is reached or the event starts.
Who is behind this?
TPNI, The Pulse Network, which has run registration and onsite for conferences and associations for over twenty years. Pulse Tickets is the same engine, made self-serve.
